Sweet Istria represents a young event in the Municipality of Koper. With its inexhaustible energy, it combines everyone trusting in the speciality of tastes of this rich sunny land. Together with our co-workers in LifeClass hotels, we attended the festival last year with excitement and with a genuine wish to contribute to the variety and recognition of traditional and modern forms of sweet pampering of our visitors and guests. It was both instructive and entertaining. We attended the event with a top-level team of pastry cooks and with an innate feeling of hospitality. Since then, we have learned to appreciate the goods of Istrian soil even more and have taken delight in reviving valuable habits in any form.
