The first Sweet Istria featured the "old" and "newer" Sweet Istria. The response was extremely positive. We shouldn't forget that typical Istrian sweets are also a part of our cultural heritage and are therefore should, by all means, be revived, prepared and presented to the general public.That is why "Sweet Istria" is a more than appropriate event, opportunity and manner for establishing, presenting and popularising Istrian sweets.
