Sweet paths

1. SWEET ISTRIA
Within the scope of the SWEET ISTRIA path, you can present, offer and sell sweets and other sweet products specific to Istria. It is open for exhibitors registered for performing their activities in Istria (Koper, Izola, Piran). At least one of the offered products at the stall must be a typical Istrian product (the list of typical Istrian products is available at www.sladka-istra.si).
2. SWEET SLOVENIA
Exhibitors from other locations in Slovenia offering typical sweets of their region and other sweet products of Slovenia can participate in the SWEET SLOVENIA path. The stalls will be arranged by gastronomic region (according to the TASTE SLOVENIA catalogue). Each stall can offer several sweets; however, the exhibitor must consider that at least one sweet must be typical of a specific town and/or region in Slovenia and is defined as such in the Strategy of Gastronomy in Slovenia (2006) and in the Taste Slovenia catalogue (the list of typical Slovenian sweets is available at www.sladka-istra.si).
3. SWEET WORLD
Exhibitors from other European countries (and the rest of the world) offering typical sweets and other sweet products of their country can participate within the SWEET WORLD path. The stalls will be arranged by individual country. Each exhibitor can offer several sweets and other sweet products. At least one of the sweets offered must be typical of the individual country.
4. SWEET HEALTH STREET
Exhibitors offering 'healthy' sweets for diabetics, people with allergies and other specific groups can participate in the SWEET HEALTH STREET. The offer at stalls MAY NOT include other sweets. Each sweet must have separately listed ingredients.
5. SWEET DRINKS STREET
Exhibitors offering sweet wines, liqueurs and homemade sweet juices to the visitors can participate in the SWEET DRINKS STREET. The stalls can offer only sweet drinks.
6. COMMERCIAL EXHIBITORS AT THE STALLS
The COMMERCIAL STALLS can host bookshops offering gastronomic books, exhibitors of kitchen utensils, other accessories for preparing sweets and exhibitors of other gastronomy-related activities. The products at commercial exhibitors' stalls will be for sale. Commercial exhibitors cannot offer the sale of sweets and other products listed in sets 1–5 at the stalls. The organiser reserves the right to reject the participation of a commercial exhibitor if his offer thematically does not fall within the scope of Sweet Istria 2010.
7. THE SPONSPOR/ADVERTISER
Sponsors and advertisers can participate in the Sweet Istria event with the presentations of their products/services at public exhibitions, at stalls, by advertising in the promotional material of the event, by publishing logos and with other campaigns. The abovementioned thematic set is not designed for the direct sale of products/services, but only for their promotion during the event or during the promotion of the event. All sponsorship and advertising activities not listed in the application form are agreed upon individually with the organiser of the event.
8 . SWEET ISTRIA 2010 CONTESTS
Exhibitors registered for performing their activities in Istria (Koper, Izola, Piran) can participate in the "Sweet Istria Muscat 2010" contest and "The Most Original Sweet of Istria 2010" contest. Exhibitors registered in Slovenia can participate in "The Best Cake of Sweet Istria 2010" contest. Participation in contests is independent from participation in stalls (sweet paths). The rules for participation in contests are published at www.sladka-istra.si.
